A love of science, and wanting to use it to help others drew David Miner, MD, to the field of medicine. He chose obstetrics and gynecology because it allows him to get to know patients as people and to develop relationships over time. He believes relationships like these improve patient care. He strives to listen to his patients' concerns and find the best treatment for them. He particularly enjoys minimally invasive surgery options, so his patients can benefit from shorter recovery times and can get back to their lives as quickly as possible. Dr. Miner and his wife have five children and love going to parks or on hikes. In his free time, he likes to stay active or take some time to relax by reading or cooking.
