Description

We are a school of strength. We believe that strength is the foundation for all movement, regardless of age or capacity. We teach you how to enhance all your movements and how to improve them by becoming functionally strong. We do this with one-on-one training both for general fitness and for sport specific fitness and through group sessions/classes. We use the extreme fitness tool, the kettlebell, regularly through your training.
